The BBRS will provide an industry funded dispute resolution service to resolve historic and future disputes between SMEs and participating providers of banking services in a transparent, timely and accessible manner without the need for litigation. We are guided by the commitment to do and be seen to do what is right, fair, and reasonable at all times. We now have a Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Adjudicator in place to ensure we do this.

Conserving the Old Royal Naval College – Sir Christopher Wren’s riverside masterpiece – for the benefit of the nation has been at the core of the Greenwich Foundation’s mission since we were established in 1998 and we continually respond to the exciting challenges of this significant responsibility. Today, the site is used intensively for education, filming, discovery, spectacular programming and ceremonial occasions. We are also the landlord for University of Greenwich’s flagship campus and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Conserving, managing, presenting and developing the estate are the heart of what this role is all about. We want as many people as possible to feel that this is a place for them, a cultural destination and an educational campus.

Mind in Croydon is a mental health charity founded in 1967. Over the last 50 years, we have evolved into a significant provider of mental health services in the Croydon and surrounding areas. We work in co-production with service-users to develop individualised, effective support plans. As a long-standing community organisation, well respected and with strong local connections, we have a great spirit of social justice. We put our users at the heart of all we do, including representation at board level and throughout the organisation’s committees.

The Lending Standards Board (LSB) is at the forefront of promoting fairer outcomes for consumers of banking services. It exercises rigorous independent oversight and compliance of Lending Standards and Codes of conduct, including the new code to protect consumers from payment scams and that on bank branch closures. Working closely with the FCA, the industry and consumer groups, it provides assurance that standards of conduct agreed to by participating financial services firms are being adhered to.

We compete with global brands like Evian and San Pellegrino in bottled water, and through a collaboration with Brita, deliver water filtration solutions to the UK’s food service industry. In the past nine years of trading Belu has grown to become one of the UK’s best-known social enterprises. We are proud to have given more than £4m to WaterAid, including £1m in 2018 alone, BUT there is so much more yet to be achieved.
