THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead the operational transformation of the charity’s People Function
- Develop, drive, and implement a resilient integrated people strategy
- Manage programmes and internal communications that help develop staff whilst fostering high levels of equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement
You Will Have:
- Demonstrated competency in developing systems, policies, and guidelines to support people management and organisational effectiveness
- Deep working knowledge of recruitment, retention, and workforce planning
- Experience leading change management and transformation, with hands-on approach to people leadership
- Experience of working in the charity, voluntary, health or care sectors
This role is running for a period of 6 months with an expected salary of £90,000- £100,000, depending on experience. The role is a hybrid with a need to be in head office for meetings and out in the regions as required.
