Our multi-award winning, not for profit organisation is a pioneer of services for older people, creating vibrant village communities and specialising in supporting people to live well with dementia. We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community – a place where we can all belong.
As an organisation, we are driven by the desire to innovate, and to remain at the leading edge of the social care sector, challenging the norm, valuing our employees, and always putting our customers at the heart of our service. With two more villages due to open in 2022 and a further site about to start development, our aim is to continue to grow and establish services across the Northwest and into the North Midlands.
We are now seeking an established leader with detailed knowledge of the social care sector, who will bring with them a fresh perspective and vision to build on the 20-year legacy of our current chief executive Tracey Stakes following her decision to take early retirement.
You will be a strategic leader who possesses good judgement and will have considerable experience of managing complex operations and business models. With the ability to inspire confidence and build strong relationships and partnerships, you will understand how to lead an organisation through change and growth and will be ready to lead a committed and passionate workforce to ensure that we continue to provide outstanding outcomes.
