THE ROLE

Our new Executive Director, Resources (Section 151 Officer) will play a critical role at the heart of our transformation programme. We’re seeking an outstanding leader to embed financial stability, oversee HR and digital services and build and develop a new finance leadership team for the future. We’re clear on the leadership qualities that will make the difference and are looking for confidence, resilience, and technical expertise to work alongside our commissioners, chief executive, members, residents and partners. If you want to make headlines for all the right reasons and leave a legacy for communities, this is likely to be the most challenging yet rewarding role in your career.
