The Role
This is an exciting time to join as our new Head of School Support Service as we have successfully responded to a new working environment and transformed our services overnight. Now, as we emerge from the pandemic, our focus is on stabilising and planning for future growth. As Head of School Support Service, you will be responsible for driving the growth and continuous improvement across all operational aspects of the division which encompasses a broad range of services from safeguarding and raising standards in learning and assessment, to Early Career teacher support, school leadership team development and health education.
We need an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and future-focused leader with a strong educational background, who can spot emerging trends and challenges in the education landscape and who seeks out opportunities and develops new products in response. You will come with a proven track record of relationship building and contract delivery with a range of stakeholders in a complex landscape.
