THE ROLE

This role will manage our major works, building safety, compliance and repairs services with a significant capital programme for investment in our stock which totals 14,000 tenanted homes and 5,300 leasehold properties.

Our new Director will provide inspirational leadership and be an active and influential member of the directorate’s management team. They will have sound commercial knowledge combined with strong contract management skills in order to provide value for money, quality and resident-focused services.
