IT Programme Manager – Adults Social Care & Children’s Services

Starfish Search are working with a Local Authority in London to recruit an Interim IT Programme Manager to oversee and drive technology initiatives within the children’s and adult services sectors of the council. This critical role involves managing projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with quality standards and strategic objectives.
This role is 4-days per week.
THE ROLE
You will:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of technology projects within the children’s and adult services sectors.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with the council’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee the Mosaic system improvements, including data cleansing, retention compliance, and workflow standardisation.
You will have:
- Proven experience in managing technology programmes within the public sector, specifical in children’s and adult services.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of Mosaic and Capita One systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM implementations and BI tools, such as Power BI.
