We are working with a local authority in the North to recruit an Interim Strategic Lead for Quality & Improvement for an initial six-month assignment. This role will support the senior leadership team in preparing for a CQC inspection across key adult social care services.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of the Adult Social Care Directorate Management Team.
- Lead the development of:
- A performance framework to drive service improvement.
- Quality standards to ensure best practices.
- The quality of practice across Adult Social Care.
- Line manage the Principal Social Worker, supporting the role’s development.
- Lead and contribute to the change and improvement programme.
