Starfish Search is working with a Local Authority in the North of England to recruit an Interim Procurement Lead for 6 months to Lead the delivery of a major new Construction and Highways Procurement Framework.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, ensuring full compliance with the new Procurement Act 2023 and NEC4 contracts. The goal is to create a forward-thinking framework that delivers outstanding value for money, significant social value, and positive environmental outcomes for the community.
The role is mostly home based with the odd client site visit needed for key stakeholder meetings.
