Starfish Search are supporting a local authority in North England to appoint an Interim Pay & Rewards Specialist.
This role will focus on reviewing, developing, and implementing pay and reward frameworks, providing expert advice on job evaluation, grading, and reward structures, and supporting the organisation to ensure fair, compliant, and sustainable pay arrangements.
You’ll bring strong experience in pay and reward within local government or similarly complex public sector environments, with detailed knowledge of job evaluation, pay frameworks, and reward policy, alongside the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders.
