Starfish Search are working with a healthcare charity to recruit an Interim London Director, Strategic Partnerships & Services. The focus of this role is the operational transformation of clinical services, and the development of partnerships within the health and care system.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Be responsible for driving the transformation and growth of their services in the Greater London area
- Help them to navigate the NHS pathways available, strengthening and building strategic partnerships across the health and care system
- Audit their current services and develop a strategic plan for growth, collaborating with senior leadership to deliver a clear roadmap that meets their strategic objectives and local needs
- Manage long-term relationships with stakeholders and with other organisations to lever profitable and mutual benefits for the partnerships
- Set and deliver customer service standards to ensure the people we support are satisfied with received products/services
You Will Have:
- Significant experience of working at a senior level within healthcare ideally in the Greater London region
- Managed strategic partnerships and delivered effective services in coalition with the NHS and other healthcare providers
- Experience of leading service transformation, strengthening existing services and addressing unmet need
- A demonstrable background in operational leadership, specifically in managing clinical services
This role is running for a period of 9-months. Salary circa £90,000 but day rates may be available.
