Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the North of England to recruit an experienced interim consultant to design and deliver a tailored leadership development programme. You’ll create engaging modules, ensure strong stakeholder engagement, and deliver a high-quality learning experience that supports cultural and organisational change.
You’ll need a solid grasp of organisational development, proven experience managing senior stakeholders, and the ability to embed leadership behaviours that drive long-term impact.
This is a great opportunity to shape leadership capability in a forward-thinking public sector environment.
6-month contract, 2 days per week on site – £600 per day.
