Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the Midlands to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner. This role will support the Director of HR through a period of major structural change and transformation.

THE ROLE

You Will Have:

Experience of designing and developing people practices and interventions to improve business outcomes
Understanding of the legal context and employee relations, with the ability to influence and coach the business
The ability to identify risks and create mitigation plans. Developing the business case for significant change programmes and managing implementation

This role is running for a period of 6-9 months. Hybrid working is available and will require 2 day/week in office.
