Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the Midlands to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner. This role will support the Director of HR through a period of major structural change and transformation.
THE ROLE
You Will Have:
- Experience of designing and developing people practices and interventions to improve business outcomes
- Understanding of the legal context and employee relations, with the ability to influence and coach the business
- The ability to identify risks and create mitigation plans. Developing the business case for significant change programmes and managing implementation
This role is running for a period of 6-9 months. Hybrid working is available and will require 2 day/week in office.
