Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the Midlands to recruit an Interim HR Programme Director. This role will support the HR Director, and will lead a major transformation programme across the workforce.

THE ROLE

You Will Have

  • Experience leading major transformation programmes within a complex organisation
  • Extensive knowledge of Local Government including governance, process and decision making
  • The ability to work across various council functions and with external stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge of HR practices and implementation.
  • Outstanding Project Managing Skills

Hybrid working is available and will require 2 day/week in office.
