Starfish Search are working with a large UK charity to recruit an interim Head of People – Learning, Engagement and Experience. There has been an internal restructure, and this is a newly crated role encompassing a broader remit of responsibilities.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead a newly established team specialising in learning, engagement, and volunteer experience
- Provide coaching and develop your team to achieve fantastic results and progress their skills and capabilities
- Lead the implementation of a training and engagement plan underpinning an organisation change project
- Build strong collaborative working relationships across their senior leadership team and work with a network of external suppliers and partners to support delivery
You Will Have:
- Experience as a senior leader within the people function of a large non-profit organisation
- A proven track record of developing and delivering impactful people experience and culture strategies, including learning and leadership development
- Experience in leading strategic internal communications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
This role will be running for a period of three months between September to November 2024. It is a hybrid role with regular travel required to their central London office. The salary for this role is circa £70,000 and there is a minimum requirement for 4 days/week.
