Starfish Search are working with a non-profit organisation to recruit an Interim Head of People Experience. The focus of the role is to review the people experience, working with the People and Culture team to establish an effective people-centred function delivering an enhanced experience for volunteers and employees, aligned with strategic goals.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead, coach and develop the people experience team to ensure the efficient delivery of people services across the lifecycle of employees and volunteers
- Review the end to end volunteer journey and make recommendations for improvements
- Support the introduction of a strategic people business partnering model to enable leaders to successfully deliver their plans
- Support the Operations Manager to deliver efficient and effective people services
- Lead employer and volunteer brand building to attract individuals
- Provide professional people advice, guidance and support on a wide range of issues
You Will Have:
- A proven track record of leading a People team that includes delivering an inclusive and impactful people experience as well as organisational change
- Excellent knowledge of volunteering and people practices across the charity sector
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills with people at all levels
This role is running for a period of 12-months and offers a salary of £70,000.
