Starfish Search are supporting a local authority in North England to appoint an Interim Head of HR Transformation.

This role is focused on people transformation and change delivery, supporting the organisation to redesign ways of working, strengthen people processes, and build capacity through transition. The emphasis is on hands-on transformation activity, coaching and supporting the existing HR leadership, and helping translate direction into effective change.

You’ll bring strong experience of leading people transformation in local government or similarly complex environments, with the credibility to work at senior level and support leaders through change.
