Starfish are supporting a local authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Executive Director of Place

Working closely with senior leaders, you will guide the development and restructuring of Place-based services, helping to align teams and drive more effective delivery across the council. You will collaborate with key partners to strengthen collaboration and support strategic priorities across the borough.

This role will play a central part in the council’s transformation agenda, embedding new ways of working and ensuring services are efficient, sustainable, and impactful.
