Starfish are supporting a local authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Executive Director of People

Working closely with senior leaders, you will guide the next phase of development across Adults, Children’s and Public Health services. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, providers, and the voluntary and community sector to strengthen a whole-system approach to health and social care, ensuring services are well-aligned and delivered effectively.

This role will play a key part in progressing the council’s wider transformation programme, helping to shape a forward-looking structure and embedding new ways of working that support high-quality, sustainable services.
