Starfish Search are working with a large charity to recruit an Interim Executive Director – Corporate Services. The focus of this role will be to take responsibility for information systems infrastructure, operations and data. Working closely with the Transformation Office on systems transformation projects and programmes.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Provide the strategic lead for the IM & T, Property, Health & Safety and Procurement functions across the organisation
- Be responsible for the development of an IT systems strategy, leading on the implementation of the strategy, and oversee the supporting technology architecture
- Lead and Champion the integration of technology as crucial for the successful delivery of current projects and promote collaborative working
- Have oversight of robust project management methodologies to ensure scoping, progression and delivery of key projects with clear benefit realisation
- Foster a positive internal customer focussed, enabling team culture, providing clear guidance on leadership expectations for team members
You Will Have:
- Experience leading the IT function within a large, complex non-profit or similar organisation
- Experience developing a clear, communicated and prioritised IT systems and technology strategy
- An understanding of Procurement and Health & Safety compliance
- Strong budget management capability
This a hybrid role with an expected 2 days per-week in office in London. It is a full-time role, running for a period of 6 – 12 months.
