Starfish Search are supporting a local authority based in the North of England to recruit an Interim Estates and Asset Management Lead. The role involves overseeing the management of the Council’s land and property assets, ensuring they are suitable for their intended use and compliant with all legal requirements. You will play a key role in executing the Council’s Asset Management Plan and helping to achieve the objectives set in the financial plan. The ideal candidate will be a qualified surveyor, available to work on-site three days a week and remotely for two days.
