Interim Director of Transformation

Starfish Search are working with a conservation charity to recruit an Interim Director of Transformation. The focus of this role is the development and implementation of an organisation wide transformation programme.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Review the current processes, structures and operating models to identify a suite of potential transformations to amplify the organisations impact
- Strengthen digital prowess and engagement by fostering curiosity and entrepreneurial thinking to leverage new tools effectively
- Provide direct support and coaching to all line managers as they help their direct reports through transitions
You Will Have:
- Experience of leading transformation programmes within a non-profit organisation
- Experience of leading digital transformation
- A proven track record of working at a senior level in a complex environment, managing multiple transformation projects with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to effectively work with Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team
This role is running for a period of nine months with a salary of approximately £80,000.
