We are working with a Charity who are seeking an Interim Director for at least 6 months. The organisation is in the middle of their 2018-2023 strategy where the strategic objective was to diversify and increase unrestricted income by circa 40%.
The scope of the role includes:
– Member recruitment and retention including pricing and the membership package.
– Corporate partnerships to generate income and in-kind support.
– Fundraising from individuals – regular giving, legacies, crowd funding.
– Maximising commercial services.
– Securing grants from trusts, foundations, lotteries etc.
Experience required:
– Fundraising, business development, or sales and marketing experience in a non-profit or private organisation with >£3m turnover.
– Digital expertise of working with customer relationship management platforms.
– Commercial product development expertise.
– Strong marketing expertise.
This role will be offered as a fixed term contract for 6 months.
