Starfish Search are working with a charity in the South of England to recruit an Interim Director of Digital and Information. The focus of the role is to drive the organisations digital transformation and information management strategies, to enhance charity impact and achieve mission-driven outcomes.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with their mission, goals, and values
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging digital technologies and trends to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Oversee the design and implementation of robust information management systems and processes
- Establish data governance frameworks and policies
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure to support the Charity’s digital initiatives and services operations
You Will Have:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles driving digital strategy, information management, and technology innovation within complex organisations
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, and their applications in peer organisations
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, talent development, and change management
- Experience of managing departmental budgets and allocating resources effectively
This is a home based role requiring occasional travel to London and Bristol. It is running for a period of 6 months, with a salary circa £100,000 pro rata, offered 4 days/week.
