Starfish is assisting a Local Authority in the West Midlands in recruiting an Interim Director of Corporate Transformation – Digital for a minimum six-months. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving on the Corporate Leadership Team, this role is pivotal in spearheading digital transformation and change across the council. The director will collaborate closely with stakeholders, leading a team to implement service improvements that enhance community support, streamline service delivery, optimise commissioning processes, prioritise digital-first initiatives, and develop customer centres in alignment with the future council model.
