Starfish are working with a local authority in the North of England to recruit an Interim Director of Corporate Services. This six‑month role will provide leadership across HR, ICT, governance, legal and organisational development, ensuring stability and progress during a period of transition.

The post holder will have a strong corporate services background and will work closely with the existing Section 151 Officer, though the statutory responsibilities are not required. A key part of the role will be driving service transformation, helping the authority modernise systems and processes to deliver more efficient and effective outcomes.
