Interim Deputy People Director

Starfish Search are working with a charity to recruit an Interim Deputy People Director. The focus of this role is to lead on supporting the delivery of the people and culture strategy, leading HR, people operations and change resources.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Develop a high performing team and an environment of continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, and Unions, ensuring specialist people support is aligned with strategic direction
- Set direction for the business partnering team, providing the framework in which they can deliver our people strategy
- Work closely with the Union and their Diversity Networks to make sure that they deliver change in a compassionate, inclusive and supportive way
You Will Have:
- Significant experience at a senior level in Human Resources, ideally within a non-profit organisation
- A genuine passion for advancing the HR profession, embracing new ideas, new thinking and providing healthy challenge to the established ways of doing things
- Significant experience of delivering EDI programmes
- Experience in developing and leading strategies that have an impact
This role is running for a period of 6 months and offers a salary up to £80,000, day-rates will be considered.
