Starfish Search are working with a charity to recruit an Interim Chief People Officer. The focus of this role will be to lead a programme of change whilst overseeing and improving the operational services they provide to their managers and wider staff team.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of the People & Culture Strategy and contributing to the development of the new organisational strategy, with particular emphasis on people, culture and EDI
- Oversee the continued improvement of operational effectiveness and increased digitalisation of recruitment and HR processes
- Support the organisation through a change programme
- Advise the board on people matters and to contribute to strategic planning
You Will Have:
- Experience of leading the people function within a large non-profit organisation
- Proven experience of delivering organisational change in diverse and complex organisations
- The ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
This is a full-time role running for a period of 6 months starting in early March. It offers a salary of circa £90,000. It is a hybrid role with flexible working options offered and they will consider a 4-day work week.
