THE ROLE

As our Head of Legal and Governance and Monitoring Officer, you will be at the heart of creating a modern, transparent and resilient governance framework for the new Combined Authority. A key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead our approach to democratic services, data protection, freedom of information and elections. Your insight and leadership will ensure the Authority meets its statutory obligations, operates with integrity, and maintains the highest standards of probity and conduct.

Your work will shape our operating model, support the development of strategic propositions for Greater Lincolnshire, and help establish a governance culture that is both innovative and future focused.  

This is an exceptional career opportunity to shape the governance environment of a newly formed Combined Authority, ensuring we meet our statutory commitments while championing excellence, transparency and improvement. 

Full-time, office-based in Lincoln (5 days per week).
