We are seeking a Director of Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships for a leading and award-winning healthcare provider of specialist community services, including justice and inclusion healthcare. Our client provides quality, healthcare interventions for people in vulnerable circumstances. They believe in trauma informed, strength-based recovery and rehabilitation and fully understand what an incredible impact the right care and support can have.
As a social enterprise they are proud to take on challenging contracts which contribute towards addressing health inequalities, developing a portfolio of services that deliver social value and impact.

The organisation is now at a pivotal point, with the development of a new business strategy which reinforces their commitment to develop in their specialist sectors, to expand their reach, as well as continue to thrive as a business by addressing the three strategic shifts detailed in the NHS plan and currently being articulated through new and exciting place based and through neighbourhood working.

Reporting into the Chief Executive, this newly created role will be crucial to the organisation’s success taking a lead responsibility for delivering on the ‘Business Growth, Partnerships and Engagement’ ambitions which underpin the objectives of our business strategy.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with experience in a senior business development / commercial role at Director level and a proven track record of increasing revenue through diverse streams. You will be comfortable leading successful tenders to retain and win business, securing grant funding, and identifying and scoping opportunities for growth and diversification. You will be skilled in building strategic partnerships that create and fostering opportunities to transform community services through innovation and measurable social return.

You will be commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a high performing team. You will be confident working with complex data and bring significant experience of contracting arrangements, developing targeted growth plans and overseeing effective service mobilisation.
