As the Director of Family Help, you will be leading, developing and delivering high quality social care, prevention and family help services to children and families across the borough. You will drive the next phase of our service transformation programme and help develop new and innovative approaches to delivering integrated children’s services, engaging closely with partners, key stakeholders and Members.
We are seeking a qualified social worker for this role, someone who is ambitious and with the experience of delivering high quality children’s services whilst managing complex service redesign and change.
