THE ROLE
We want to build on the strengths identified in our Good CQC inspection and deliver outstanding social care, tackle inequalities and do everything we can to promote the independence and inclusion of people who draw on care and support. We have a growing and ageing population but our confident workforce is well placed to face the challenges ahead. Prevention and strengths-based approaches are at the heart of everything we do.
