You will be accountable for repairs and maintenance, estate management, preparedness for the new inspection regime, building safety, major works and our new build programme. And you will lead a new resident engagement strategy to ensure we are listening and working with our residents to truly co-design the services they want and need. Your leadership and focus on customer services will inspire and reinvigorate your high performing management team to ensure we are an exemplar social landlord.
