Blackpool is on a major improvement journey, and data is at the heart of it. We already have strong systems and talented people in place and now we’re looking for a leader who can bring this all together.
This role is about making sense of what our whole system is telling us, not just within Adults or Children’s Social Care, but across our services as a whole to better understand demand, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement. You’ll connect data from across our services into clear intelligence that supports decision-making, enabling teams to understand their performance, and ultimately improves outcomes for our residents.
Your impact will come from influence, insight, and developing others. You’ll know how to present robust data in a way that makes sense for different audiences, and you’ll inspire people to think differently about what their data is telling them.
