Starfish Search are working with a Local Authority in the East of England to recruit an Interim Programme Manager. The post holder will be accountable for managing the Network re-procurement, which will include the transition and mobilisation of new services. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact and be at the forefront of network re-procurement.

THE ROLE

You Will

  • Have experience in transitioning services between providers within large organizations. This will involve a deep understanding of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE technologies.
  • Be responsible for supporting various aspects of the programme. A keen understanding of overarching processes that drive successful delivery is crucial.
  • Identify and address areas for improving programme capability.
  • Drive best practices and maintaining consistent standards across diverse project delivery specialisms and methodologies.
  • Provide valuable guidance to address complex functional issues.
  • Add value to major project or program management by engaging and influencing senior leaders across the Council.

 

You Will Have:

  • Proven experience of transitioning networks between different providers in large organisations.
  • Knowledge of WAN; LAN; SD-WAN; SASE.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering highly complex change programs.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Evidence of successfully implementing major change initiatives within a range of large organisations.
  • Experience of working with complex multi-agency partnerships and stakeholder groups.

 

It is a hybrid role and will run for approximately 6 months. Their expected day-rate is £550, inside IR35.
