Mind in Croydon is a mental health charity founded in 1967. Over the last 50 years, we have evolved into a significant provider of mental health services in the Croydon and surrounding areas. We work in co-production with service-users to develop individualised, effective support plans. As a long-standing community organisation, well respected and with strong local connections, we have a great spirit of social justice. We put our users at the heart of all we do, including representation at board level and throughout the organisation’s committees.
THE ROLE
We are now seeking an inspirational leader to become our next Chief Executive and help us shape our future. You will lead the organisation through the next era of development, capitalising on our national, regional and local connections and ensuring we make the most of available opportunities. Demand for our services has never been higher and you will lead a committed and established team to ensure we are positioned to play our part, that our services remain of the highest quality and are constantly evolving. Working with an engaged and cohesive board of trustees, you will help us secure a confident future in uncertain times.
