Starfish Search are working with a social care charity to recruit an Interim Head of Social Care. The focus of this role will be to ensure all social care services are delivering a high-quality experience in line with regulatory frameworks.
THE ROLE
Key Deliverables:
- Drive a revised outcomes and improvement framework with the Quality Improvement Team
- On call and operational leadership of services to assist the Director of Social Care (DoSC)
- Promote and instil a change in Learning and Development utilising learning system and wider resources
- Being in the vanguard of change as specified by a DOSC change programme and mandate
- Supporting managers and leaders roles whilst maintaining a sound commercial mindset
- Digitalising records and processes
- Contributing to a build in organisational capacity
- Developing effective leadership skills in others
This role is running for a period of 12 months, on a FTC with a £70,000 – £75,000 salary. The organisation are based in Sussex and require significant on-site presence.
