Starfish Search are working with a local authority in London to recruit an Interim Programme Manager – Adult Social Care. They are looking for a proactive programme manager with a detailed understanding of Adult Social-Care, to work as part of their Towards Outstanding Programme. The role has significant responsibility for working across Housing, Public Health and Health partners
THE ROLE
You Will
- Manage the CQC Assurance workstream which includes implementing instrumental change across Adult Social Care.
- Work with the departments Senior Management Team to provide effective leadership and rigorous programme management to deliver the implementation of a Programme of work
- Be responsible for financial management and budget monitoring, preparing and assisting the Senior Responsible Officer in managing the transformation revenue and capital budgets
- Ensure there is effective integration of related services within and across Directorate and the Council, ensure the contribution of partner and contractor organisations is appropriately harnessed
You Will Have
- Experience of managing different organisational cultures in Health and social care including working across professional groups
- Substantial senior management experience within a complex, multi-agency service system, including experience of extensive service change
- Knowledge and experience of the preparation, analysis and interpretation of management accounts and budget reports
This role is a 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension, their expected day-rate is £500 inside IR35.
