Starfish Search are working with a London based charity to secure them an Interim Chief Executive Officer. They are looking for someone who can provide leadership and support for their Senior Leadership Team and staff at a time of leadership transition. The organisation has sustained a period of growth and the interim CEO will ensure that the organisation is in the right shape to ensure performance and quality remain high.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Provide stabilisation and leadership of the charity through, and with, its Senior Leadership Team at this time of change
- Lead on relations with the associated funders
- Provide overall leadership of the strategic plan ensuring it is robust and forward looking
- Ensure that the plan for optimising good governance continues at pace
- Enable performance to remain high and flourish within the organisation
You Will Have:
- Experience as Chief Executive Officer within a non-profit organisation, ideally as an Interim
- Led a large not for profit organisation through a growth phase
- In depth understanding of governance, performance, and organisational growth
This is full time hybrid role based in London, with an expected 3 days per-week in office. The duration will be for at least six months. This role is offered on a salaried/day rate option, to be discussed further.
