Starfish Search are working with a leading independent charity to recruit an Interim Head of Partnership Projects and Operations. They are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to take ownership of significant external stakeholder engagement and corporate partnership programmes.
THE ROLE
You Will
- Create, manage and deliver significant, mutually beneficial partnership projects that add value for corporate partners and enhance the charity’s impact
- Drive long-term engagement and retention of existing funders by ensuring first class project management, customer service and recognition of the organisations impact
- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of partnership projects
You Will Have
- Relevant project management qualification and/or equivalent senior project management experience
- Experience in senior commercial relationship management, with a high degree of acumen and personal communication skills
- Track record of sales and/or fundraising at a senior level including strategic and project planning, ideally in both commercial and not for profit settings
- Strong financial management ability including budget setting, reforecasting, financial reporting and P&L management
This is a 12-month role with a competitive salary/day rate. You will be required to be on-site in London at least 2 days/week.
