The Role
We are now seeking two new Non-executive Directors to help strengthen the Board, who share our vision and demonstrate a deep commitment to improving care and to fill gaps where there is a lack of provision, quality or understanding. We are seeking commercially focused, entrepreneurial leaders with experience of complex, service focused organisations, or services.
You will be an ambitious, creative yet pragmatic thinker with experience of scaling ideas into realistic solutions. You will possess a strategic outlook with strong analytical skills which, combined with excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to contribute and play your part in an engaged and forward-thinking Board.
