The Role

We are looking for an interim Housing transformation consultant for a local authority in London.

You will:

lead a work programme including several complex projects and work streams to explore and evaluate possible changes to the management arrangements for the housing stock
work closely with senior personnel from the authority and ALMO and have the ability to manage relationships in an environment of potential conflict and change
be required to commission a detailed option appraisal exercise and develop evidence-based recommendations to best support stock investment, building and fire safety compliance and excellent customer service
have oversight of consultation mechanisms and ensure the views of residents are sought and considered throughout the programme.
