We are working with a national provider of adult services to secure them an Interim Manager for a period of 6 months. This role can de delivered remotely with a need to attend meetings at head office when appropriate.
The Role
The main responsibilities are:
- Provide strategic direction and commercial leadership that will move the current Estates function towards its ambition to become a commercially focussed registered social housing.
- Delivery of best in class, leading edge housing and other building-based service offerings for registered care, day services and office premises
- Using commercial experience, maximise returns from the housing, land and building asset portfolio.
We are seeking a strategic housing lead and someone who has experience around commercial negotiations and disposals. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relating to housing and safeguarding and experience of managing internal and external relationships with regulatory bodies, and local authorities and governance at all levels. Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and statutory obligations. You will be a Director level candidate with a significant track record within Social Housing.
