About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on transformation leader to help a lean, mission-driven organisation work more efficiently, sustainably and effectively. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll shape and deliver change directly, without a large in-house transformation function behind you.
Key responsibilities
- Lead organisational transformation, redesigning processes, structures and ways of working to improve efficiency, impact and value for money.
- Build robust business cases covering cost, income, risk and sustainability, and work with finance colleagues to align proposals with business planning and budgets.
- Identify opportunities to grow income or reduce cost through new ways of working, services or partnerships.
About you
- A track record of leading organisational change hands-on, ideally in a compact organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen, including business planning, income generation and cost management.
- Experience working with senior leaders, trustees or boards, and turning strategy into resourced, deliverable plans.
- Experience within civil society/purpose driven organisations
