Starfish are working with a local authority in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance (Deputy S151) for an initial six-month assignment.

Reporting to the Director of Finance (S151 Officer), you will provide leadership across the finance function and support the delivery of the council’s financial priorities during a period of transition.

The council is keen to speak with experienced local government finance leaders who are available immediately or within the next two months. The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with office attendance tailored around business and individual needs.
