ThinkLabour is a new strategic force dedicated to generating the bold ideas, deep political insight, and public understanding needed for Labour to govern confidently and win the next general election. Formerly known as Labour Together, our organisation operates at the intersection of politics, policy and the public. We are helping shape the long-term political project for the Labour movement.
We are a think tank, dedicated to generating long-term solutions backed up by quality ideas and research. But we are unique because we are political – both technically (we are regulated by the Electoral Commission) and in our mission (we exist to help Labour win the next general election).
We’re seeking an inspirational and visionary leader to take our organisation forward and help shape Labour’s long-term political project. You will motivate a talented, committed team to deliver our mission within a complex and ever-changing political context.
To succeed, you will need sharp political acumen, astute judgment, and a genuine connection to our party. Being a trusted partner to the Government requires high intellectual capacity, deep diplomacy and exceptional relationship-building skills.
However, strong organisational leadership skills are a must for this appointment. You will be adept at managing people and financial resources and will create successful business development and fundraising strategies that ensure sustainable support for our activities.
Wherever you are now, you will be someone who immediately commands the trust and confidence of senior political stakeholders while bringing the focus, drive, and resilience needed to steer our strategic direction.
