Guided by our new Five Year Focus 2026 -2031, we are working in close partnership to transform health and care in Gloucestershire, renewing and refreshing our internal governance and service delivery structures and ensuring a continuing focus on getting the basics right too.
THE ROLE
We could not take the Trust in this exciting direction without our highly talented and engaged Board, and we are now looking to appoint a new NED, specifically with a Clinical background, who will play a key role in driving us forward during this exciting time.
We would welcome applications from candidates with a clinical background, ideally bringing insight into Primary Care, as well as a track record of system-level contributions within the NHS. You will share our passion for community health services, and our vision and values, and bring the specific skills and perspectives we need to keep moving forward.
