Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the South to appoint an Interim Executive Director of Landlord Services to lead landlord services and drive high-quality, resident-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic and operational delivery of landlord services
- Drive service improvement and organisational change
- Ensure compliance with housing regulation and consumer standards
- Build strong relationships with tenants, members and senior stakeholders
- Provide leadership across a large, complex housing service
About You:
- Executive Director-level experience within a housing association or local authority
- Strong background leading landlord services in the social housing sector
- Experience delivering service improvement and transformation
- Excellent understanding of housing regulation and consumer standards
- A collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management skills
