Starfish Search is partnering with an established supported housing charity in the South‑East to find an Interim Director of Client Services. It’s a senior leadership role within an organisation that provides housing and support services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Sitting on the Executive Team, the Director of Client Services will lead all client‑facing services making sure they’re high‑quality, person‑centred, and on a solid financial footing.
THE ROLE
You will have:
- Proven track record in leading client-focused service delivery within housing, health, or social care.
- Senior management experience in complex organisations with diverse service models.
- Experience in driving service improvement, innovation, and performance.
- Strong budget and financial management skills.
- Experience in complaints management and client feedback systems.
- Experience of successfully leading and implementing change.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of supported housing, social care, and co-production principles.
- Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and quality standards in client-focused services.
This appointment offers a salary at circa £81,000 (more may be available for an exceptional candidate) on a 12-month fixed term basis. The role is based in the South-East, with regular travel across the organisation’s operating footprint.
