Interim HR Programme Manager – TUPE

Starfish are working with a local authority in the North of England to recruit an Interim HR Programme Manager for 6-9 months to lead the TUPE transfer of adult provider services back into the local authority. You will oversee HR transformation, manage change, and ensure compliance throughout the process.
THE ROLE
We are seeking someone with proven HR transformation experience, strong TUPE knowledge, and an understanding of adult social care. A key part of the role will be supporting the integration of employees into the local authority, embedding culture, values, and ways of working to create a cohesive and engaged workforce.
